Passionfruit Martini

Ingredients

• 30ml Baxter Vanilla Bean Vodka

• 30ml Aubrey Passionfruit Liqueur

• 20ml Passionfruit Purée

• 20ml Pineapple Juice

• 15ml Lime Juice

• 10ml Vanilla Syrup

• 5 drops Foamr

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. 

2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
