Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

• 30ml Amaretto

• 30ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon

• 30ml Lemon Juice

• 15ml Sugar Syrup

• 5 drops Foamr

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. 

2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

3. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
